SAN FRANCISCO – Oct. 5, 2023 – Bospar, the “politely pushy” PR and marketing firm that puts tech companies on the map, today announced that it had won four PRSA Foggies Awards, including DE&I Campaign of the Year, Standout Tactic of the Year, Professional of the Year and Large Agency of the Year. This marks the second consecutive year Bospar has been recognized by the Foggies with a Large Agency of the Year win.
Bospar’s recognitions highlight all that the top-ranking tech public relations agency has accomplished in the past year. Its DEI Campaign of the Year and Standout Tactic of the Year wins resulted from its work with San Francisco Pride, Bospar’s ingenious crisis communications plan ensured timely response to incoming media requests and proactive PR management surrounding SF Pride celebrations, helping to secure the success of the nation’s most notable Pride event after a two-year hiatus.
Curtis Sparrer, Bospar’s principal and agency co-founder, also celebrates his third overall recognition as Professional of the Year, which he previously won in 2021 and 2020. Sparrer’s win came from demonstrating his achievements in advancing the profession and the practice of public relations during the year.
“Winning one award is incredible, but to win four is head-spinning,” said Sparrer. “I’m humbled and honored that the PRSA continues to recognize the hard work, creativity and dedication of our team. Onward and upward!”
