Bospar Principal Curtis Sparrer earns his sixth Professional of the Year honor as campaigns for Dr. Nas and IntBot continue to collect industry recognition
SAN FRANCISCO — Oct. 26, 2026 — Bospar, the “politely pushy” PR and marketing firm that puts tech and healthcare companies on the map, has won four PRSA Foggies awards, including Large Agency of the Year for the fifth consecutive year.
The Foggies are PRSA-SF’s annual awards program, designed to spotlight exceptional public relations work across agencies, in-house teams, nonprofits, and consultancies. The 2026 awards recognize Bospar’s agency leadership, the work of principal Curtis Sparrer and two campaigns that brought ambitious ideas to life without big budgets.
Bospar’s four honors include:
- Large Agency of the Year: Bospar, marking the fifth consecutive year the agency has earned the distinction.
- Professional of the Year: Curtis Sparrer, Bospar principal, who has now won the award six times.
- Standout Tactic of the Year: Social Media: Bospar’s work with Dr. Nasser Mohamed, known as Dr. Nas, on LGBTQ+ visibility and inclusion around the FIFA World Cup.
- Best Event or Activation: Bospar’s campaign with IntBot, The Robots Are Coming, which introduced socially intelligent humanoid robots to real-world audiences.
“Winning Large Agency of the Year for the fifth year in a row is a tremendous honor, but it’s the results we get for clients that make these awards meaningful,” said Sparrer. “Neither the Dr. Nas nor the IntBot campaign had a big budget, but both had a big impact. We combine strong ideas with smart execution and a willingness to do things differently. That’s our stock in trade: making people (and machines!) pay attention, changing perceptions and delivering results without having to outspend everyone else.”
Campaigns earn recognition across the industry
The PRSA Foggies awards add to a growing list of honors for Bospar’s work with Dr. Nas and IntBot.
Love Is the Goal: Turning the World Cup Into a Global Stage for LGBTQ+ Visibility
Bospar partnered with Dr. Nas to use football/soccer’s global reach to advance LGBTQ+ visibility and inclusion, bringing a timely message to one of the world’s biggest sporting stages.
Earlier this month, the campaign was named a finalist in the sixth annual Anthem Awards in two Belonging & Inclusion categories: Purpose-Driven Program or Initiative and LGBTQ+ Advocacy & Support. It also earned three Platinum Awards for Love Is the Goal: Turning the World Cup Into a Global Stage for LGBTQ+ Visibility and was named a finalist in Ragan’s 2026 PR Daily Awards in both Cause-Related Marketing Campaign and DEI and Social Justice Communications.
The Robots Are Coming
Bospar’s work with IntBot helped bring socially intelligent humanoid robots out of the realm of futuristic speculation and into real-world settings, introducing audiences to robots designed to interact with people in public-facing environments.
The campaign has earned a MarCom Gold Award and a PRNEWS Platinum Award in the Event PR/Marketing Campaign category. It was also named a finalist in Ragan’s 2026 PR Daily Awards in three categories: B2C Campaign, Event PR or Marketing Campaign, and PR on a Shoestring Budget.
Together, the campaigns demonstrate how focused storytelling, creative execution and strategic use of earned and social media can help brands and causes break through, even when resources are limited.
For Bospar, the latest Foggies recognition builds on a track record of agency growth, industry leadership and award-winning work for clients across technology, healthcare and consumer markets.
