Bospar Strengthens Leadership Team With Promotion of Erin Jundef and Shaun Leavy to Senior Vice President

SAN FRANCISCO — May 18, 2026 — Bospar, the “politely pushy” PR and marketing agency that puts tech and pharma companies on the map, today announced the promotions of Erin Jundef and Shaun Leavy to senior vice president, expanding the agency’s leadership team as Bospar continues its rapid growth and evolution.

In their new roles, Jundef and Leavy will help lead agency-wide initiatives, strengthen operational excellence, support talent development and continue driving strategic client growth across Bospar’s expanding portfolio. Both will report to Bospar principals Tom Carpenter and Curtis Sparrer.

Carpenter emphasized the operational and cultural impact both leaders bring to the agency.

Jundef joined Bospar in 2021 and has helped build the agency’s growing healthcare practice while leading integrated communications and brand programs across healthcare, consumer, lifestyle and technology sectors. She has played a key role in strengthening Bospar’s business management practices, including budgeting, work planning and operational processes.

Prior to Bospar, Jundef held leadership roles at major agencies, including Ketchum, and led communications campaigns for brands including Sunsweet and California Milk Advisory Board. Her work has earned industry recognition from PRWeek, PRNEWS and PRovoke SABRE awards programs.

Leavy joined Bospar in 2021 and has helped build the agency’s growing consumer practice while also leading campaigns for LGBTQ+, HR tech and AI brands. He has also played a major role in strengthening Bospar’s people-first culture through leadership initiatives and the agency’s Fun + Wellness task force.

Before joining Bospar, Leavy held leadership roles at Braya Agency and MWW Group, leading communications campaigns for globally recognized brands across consumer products, entertainment, fitness and technology.

“If you told me 10 years ago I’d end up at a tech agency after spending most of my career in consumer PR, I’m not sure I would’ve believed you,” said Leavy. “But I’m incredibly glad I ended up here.
