Bospar honored with two PRNews Platinum Awards

SAN FRANCISCO – October 13, 2022 Bospar, the “politely pushy” PR and marketing firm that puts tech companies on the map, today announced it has received two PRNews Platinum Awards for outstanding client work in 2022 in the finance/fintech and consumer verticals. Bospar’s work for Neon won the Finance/Fintech Campaign of the Year. Its Unistellar effort took the Product Launch, Consumer Products award. Bospar also earned honorable mentions in several categories, including Agency of the Year.

“I love when I get to celebrate my people. These awards are significant because they represent the dedication, teamwork and passion every Bospartan puts into creating successful PR programs for every technology client,” said Curtis Sparrer, co-founder and principal of Bospar. “Despite the NFT market fighting an uphill battle this past year, the Neon team secured over 800 media placements, and sales skyrocketed by over 1,000%. Meanwhile, Unistellar’s year-over-year site traffic spiked 331.63% in the U.S. because of our media relations program.”

The 2022 Platinum Awards followed a year that saw Bospar skillfully navigate an uncertain worldwide and industry-specific economic downturn. Despite these challenges, Bospar increased its revenue from $11 million to more than $18 million from 2021 to 2022. Inc. 5000 recently recognized Bospar’s financial accomplishments and its 165% three-year revenue growth, listing it as one of the fastest-growing companies in America – for the second consecutive year.

“I suppose it’s trite to acknowledge that the work that is the most fun and exciting to do also ends up being the work that gets recognized on a national stage – it’s not every day you wake up and get to sell art out of a vending machine,” said Kevin Martin, account director at Bospar. “It’s an honor to work at an agency with an endlessly ambitious team and wildly creative and inspiring partners like Neon.”

Bospar has grown from its foundation in technology PR into a full-service, award-winning marketing and communications company. Over 100 technology companies across every sector trust Bospar to help drive their visibility and category leadership. Bospar onboards every client with carefully crafted account teams that feature experts with years of experience in the client’s technology sector, many of whom have served in-house roles within technology brands and externally at agencies. Bospar’s media expertise is exceptional, with team members from broadcast TV, including CNN, Bloomberg and Fox, and top-tier media outlets, such as InformationWeek and The New York Times.

Bospar’s trademarked “politely pushy” business approach complements its staffing strategy. Fundamental to Bospar, the politely pushy approach motivates employees to serve clients with the utmost creativity, boldness and courage while operating with respect, diplomacy and politeness toward everyone involved in the process – from colleagues to clients and media. Bospar’s business model is key to the agency’s success.
