Reinventing the Airport Experience – with Amazon


Bospar was tasked by OTG to help launch an Amazon-powered checkout-free shopping experience. The “Just Walk Out” technology was set to launch at a CIBO Express store in Newark Liberty’s Terminal C on March 16 2020 – the same week US State Department raised its global travel advisory to Level 4 effectively banning all international travel. ​


The PR effort would need to go on without the actual store opening. PR pivoted the messaging to focus on touchless technologies that would make travel safer – once it returned. ​
