Reinventing the Airport Experience – with Amazon
Bospar was tasked by OTG to help launch an Amazon-powered checkout-free shopping experience. The “Just Walk Out” technology was set to launch at a CIBO Express store in Newark Liberty’s Terminal C on March 16 2020 – the same week US State Department raised its global travel advisory to Level 4 effectively banning all international travel.
The PR effort would need to go on without the actual store opening. PR pivoted the messaging to focus on touchless technologies that would make travel safer – once it returned.
