The need for an after-hours consultancy

Sparrer emphasized that Push*E will not replace human interactions or any positions at the agency, but instead will augment Bospar’s after-hours consultancy. 

Why would a brand require a 24-hour PR assistant for late-breaking consultation? While most PR needs are addressed during the traditional workday, you might need immediate, after-hours PR if:
