Project debuts on eve of historic first Harris-Trump presidential debate
SAN FRANCISCO — Sept. 9, 2024 — Bospar, the “politely pushy” PR and marketing firm that puts health and tech companies on the map, today announced a non-partisan campaign designed to mobilize voters for the 2024 presidential election. The campaign aims to inspire citizens across the country to take action and contribute to what could be the largest turnout of informed voters in U.S. history.
“This is a non-partisan initiative,” said Chris Boehlke, Bospar co-founder and principal. “Our theme draws from Kamala Harris’s iconic challenge to Donald Trump, where she urged him, ‘If you’ve got something to say, say it to my face.’ That debate is happening tomorrow night, and we found her statement profoundly inspiring — not just at the presidential level, but as a call for every citizen to engage in open dialogue. We believe open debate fosters informed decisions.”
The campaign revolves around key voter engagement questions such as:
- What is the most important issue to you in this election?
- If you could say one thing to a candidate, what would it be?
- How can you personally help our country move forward?
Bospar has collected input through “person-on-the-street” interviews, compiling the responses into video shorts that will be featured across blogs and social media. The campaign will also leverage Bospar’s popular “Politely Pushy” podcast for guest interviews, alongside the company’s own marketing and PR channels.
“I’m passionate about this campaign,” Boehlke continued. “I wrote the first blog in our series, and I encourage everyone to read it. Time is running out — we need to do more than just cast our votes. We must use our influence to inspire 10, 20, or even 100 others to vote for the candidate they believe in. We’re all smart people. We know the best candidate can win. And for me, that’s my candidate — though I won’t say who!”
Boehlke reiterated the non-partisan nature of the campaign. “Democracy thrives on debate. Our democracy is at a crossroads, and now’s the time for all of us to step up and get educated voters to the polls.”
The “Say It to My Face” campaign will run through Election Day.
