Primary Responsibilities
Reporting

- Prepare client call agendas, demonstrating understanding of key initiatives and project statuses

- Capture accurate notes during client calls and internal meetings
-
- Prepare client-facing action items following weekly calls
-
- Monitor client media coverage, flag to team in a timely fashion and track in client-facing report
-
- Maintain accurate reporting in Harvest
Media Relations
-
- Assist with media list development and maintenance, demonstrating an understanding of clients’ industries and relevant contacts
-
- Prepare tailored, thoughtful briefing notes to support interviews
Speaking & Awards
-
- Research and vet event and award opportunities, and deliver tailored recommendations to client
-
- Develop and maintain targeted calendars highlighting upcoming opportunities
-
- Draft compelling abstracts and nominations
Client Relations
-
- Respond to client requests in a thoughtful, timely manner
-
- Regularly contribute to client calls
-
- Business Development
-
- Capture accurate notes during proposals
-
- Present slides as appropriate, demonstrating knowledge of prospects’ industries
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
-
- A minimum of six months of relevant experience in PR, marketing, social media, etc.
-
- Bachelor’s Degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, English or related field

- Experience with, or strong interest in, B2B and/or B2C technology

- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Self-motivated and eager to learn

- Ability to work independently and with teams

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
Salary range: $55k to $60k
