CHALLENGE​

SingleStore (formerly MemSQL) the No-Limits Database for operational analytics and cloud-native applications, tasked PR with launching MemSQL Helios, an on-demand, elastic cloud service; and MemSQL 7.0, the most powerful version yet of the company’s distributed SQL database. ​

​SOLUTION​

PR leveraged MemSQL’s speaking and sponsorship of the O’Reilly Strata Data Conference to announce the product launch. PR pitched a variety of cloud, tech, data and AI media and secured both in-person and phone interviews with target journalists and analysts. ​

​RESULT​

PR secured over 15 in-person and phone briefings with media including TechTarget, CIO.com, IT Ops, Channel Futures, IT Business Edge, Datamation and Enterprise Networking Planet. PR secured analyst briefings with Gartner, Forrester, Ovum, IDC, 451 Research, dbInsights and Intellyx. ​
