CHALLENGE​

Civil Maps’ software empowers autonomous machines to safely and smoothly travel anywhere with real-time location and orientation data that’s easy to collect and transmit. Powered by vehicle crowdsourcing, the Civil Maps platform ensures unmatched precision and up-to-the-minute representation of the conditions that affect navigation. We were tasked with introducing Civil Maps to a broad audience as a leader in 3D mapping for autonomous vehicles. ​

Framing an investment by Ford as validation of Civil Maps’ mapping technology and a beacon of Civil Maps’ transition out of the laboratory and onto the road, we continued the media momentum by showcasing Civil Maps’ unique value to automotive partners through in-person technology demos with top-tier media. ​

Civil Maps has become a company-to-watch in the AV space thanks to hundreds of articles across business and financial press, technology outlets and automotive press, approaching a billion media impressions in the first three months of the client engagement.​
