SAN FRANCISCO — August 16, 2023 — Bospar, the “politely pushy” PR and marketing firm that puts tech companies on the map, today announced it was shortlisted for two PRWeek Purpose Awards, in the Small Organization of the Year and Most Purposeful Agency Pro (for Curtis Sparrer, Bospar principal and co-founder) categories.
The live event on October 11 in Chicago will recognize campaigns that use creative ideas to further authentic purpose and acknowledge the organizations and individuals behind them.
In announcing the call for entries, PRWeek noted, “Purposeful business is top of the agenda for most brands and corporations because stakeholders, including employees and customers, want to know what companies stand for before interacting with them. At the same time, shareholders want positive returns on their investments….to navigate this complicated environment, businesses and communicators must tread carefully and construct smart and informed strategies in order to prosper.”
“Purpose is a part of Bospar’s DNA, and by tapping into our team’s creative brain trust and using the tactics we employ for our tech clients, we’ve been able to generate some fantastic results for the causes close to our hearts,” said Sparrer. “Thank you, PRWeek, for recognizing Bospar’s ongoing advocacy for women’s reproductive health, the LGBTQIA+ community, and for a healthy working press.”
