Bospar Names Joseph Krasinski Chief Financial Officer

SAN FRANCISCO — May 13, 2021 — Bospar, the boutique PR firm that puts tech companies on the map, closed out one of the most challenging years for U.S. businesses by recording strong revenue growth and doubling the size of its client list. To meet the needs of this expansion, the agency named Joseph “Joe” Krasinski as the Bospar’s first Chief Financial Officer to guide the agency through its next phase of strategic growth.

In his most recent role as CFO for the PR and digital marketing agency the Antenna Group, Joe was instrumental in driving synergies between PR and digital team workflows, bringing unique understanding of the inherent challenges Bospar’s account teams face managing and analyzing client profitability while striving to consistently deliver stellar client services.

“Not only is Joe an experienced finance professional, with numerous leadership roles in corporate strategy and operational management, he has a proven track record at a fast-growing PR agency – much like Bospar,” said Curtis Sparrer, principal at Bospar. “This is such a transformative shift for Bospar that we have updated our website with a new look. We’re no longer a bike morphing into a motorcycle but a paper plane changing into a futuristic jet, representing what we do for clients: taking conceptual plans and turbocharging them.”

“Bospar has established a name for themselves as one of the most awarded up-and-coming tech PR agencies,” said Krasinski. “They have led the way when it comes to creating a national work-from-home model for tech PR agencies. While other agencies are demanding their staff return to their offices now that COVID lockdowns are lifting, Bospar is broadening their national footprint while giving their staff the freedom to work wherever they want. When companies are selecting their next agency, they should look for a firm that invests in people, not real estate.”

To help support the growth and to ensure that Bospar continues to maintain the kind of diversity that the agency’s leadership values, Vice President Sana Javaid has been named Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Javaid has spent more than a decade in PR and can boast experience representing companies from a range of sectors, including technology, fashion and health & wellness, to name a few.

“I’m proud to work at a company that values inclusion — even during an explosive growth period,” Javaid said. “In my new role, I look forward to helping build a staff that reflects different ideas, beliefs and experiences. At Bospar we’ve all seen how diversity of thought supports our clients.”

Since September, the increase in revenue and additional number of clients have enabled Bospar to hire more than 20 new employees, bolstering one of the tech sector’s most talented PR rosters, which now numbers 50, an all-time high for the firm.

“These newest additions to the Bospar team represent our investment in managed growth, ensuring everyone at Bospar has a solid career path and that our expanding client base has the support they have come to expect from our agency,” said Tom Carpenter, principal at Bospar. “And we are not finished yet! We have expanded our recruiting function and continue to look for ambitious people who want to help us do award-winning work.”
