SAN FRANCISCO — Dec. 2, 2025 — Bospar, the “politely pushy” PR and marketing firm that puts disruptive companies on the map, today announced it has been named a 2025 PRWeek Best Places to Work honoree in the Midsize Agency category. This marks the second time Bospar has been recognized for its workplace culture. The honor recognizes Bospar’s commitment to building an equitable, innovative and fully empowered workplace culture, as it continues to set the bar for what a modern public relations agency can be.
Throughout 2025, Bospar doubled down on programs that support employee growth, well-being and technical excellence. These include:
Hot Flash, Cool Perks – Menopause Support Program: A first-of-its-kind benefit offering a monthly stipend to help employees manage menopausal symptoms and improve overall quality of life, covering eligible expenses from hormone therapy and cooling products to telehealth apps and supplements.
Ready, Set, Glow – Technical Enhancement Program: A quarterly $100 stipend, on top of Bospar’s existing $250 annual technology allowance, to help employees elevate their virtual presence with tools like ring lights, microphones and webcams. The program includes presentation coaching and a dedicated internal Slack community, bospar-glowschool, for sharing best practices.
AI Education Initiative: Bospar provides full coverage for staff AI subscriptions, having enrolled 10 senior team members in an AI Certificate for PR Professionals program and launched company-wide skill-building webinars and “AI Advantage” courses. The agency also hosted an internal AI Talent Show, modeled on “America’s Got Talent,” to highlight creative workplace uses of AI.
Bospar Rising Development Program: The agency’s year-round internship experience emphasizes real client work, mentorship and career acceleration. With more than 50% of participants converting to full-time roles, the program blends continuing education, cross-level mentorship pairings and reverse mentorship that embolden junior staff to guide senior leaders.
