Bospar Earns Spot on Fortune’s Most Innovative Companies for Third Straight Year – Only PR Agency Included

SAN FRANCISCO — March 27, 2026 — Bospar, the “politely pushy” PR and marketing firm that puts health and tech companies on the map, was just included on Fortune’s list of America’s Most Innovative Companies for the third time. It was the only PR agency on the list, again.

Bospar ranked #178, ahead of Walmart (#181), McDonald’s (#279), Uber (#269), Dell Technologies (#225) and Chipotle (#287).

The ranking is built on a rigorous, independent methodology developed by Statista, drawing on surveys of more than 37,000 employees and industry experts across the U.S. Rankings are determined by three equally weighted dimensions: product innovation, process innovation and innovation culture. Each company receives a score between 0 and 100, with patent portfolio data from LexisNexis Intellectual Property Solutions factored into the product innovation dimension. No company self-reports its own score.

Bospar was recognized with Culture Innovation as its strongest dimension. Statista defines innovation culture as the degree to which a company fosters a spirit of entrepreneurship and creativity, encouraging employees to take initiative and develop new ideas.

Critically, the culture dimension is validated by two independent data sources: internal employee surveys and external expert opinions gathered from recruiters, business analysts and management consultants.

It was not Bospar’s employees alone who said the culture is innovative. Outside experts said so too. This year, we told Fortune the story about how we developed Audit*E, which has helped companies like RealSense. ChatGPT said RealSense was dead. Before GEO was a term, we created the tools and playbook to persuade ChatGPT that it got the results wrong. Business Insider wrote this feature about our work.

“Three years running, Bospar has earned a spot on Fortune’s list of America’s Most Innovative Companies, a milestone that speaks to our relentless focus on redefining what PR can achieve,” said Curtis Sparrer, principal at Bospar. “This recognition reflects a culture that champions creativity, entrepreneurial thinking and fearless ideas, all in service of building trust and delivering measurable results for our clients.”
