PRovoke Global Creative Index names Bospar the No. 1 agency “pound-for-pound” in the U.S.

SAN FRANCISCO — Jan. 20, 2026 — Bospar, the “politely pushy” PR and marketing firm known for putting tech and health companies on the map, has been ranked the No. 1 U.S. agency “pound-for-pound” by PRovoke Media’s Global Creative Index, marking the third time the agency has earned the top designation. 

The Global Creative Index evaluates agencies based on performance across more than 35 of the world’s most competitive PR and marketing awards programs, weighting results against agency size using a points-per-head methodology. The Index analyzes winning campaigns from awards competitions around the world to identify agencies driving the strongest, most consistent results.

Among U.S. agencies, Bospar earned the top “pound-for-pound” ranking, outperforming firms many times its size. When compared to other independent agencies worldwide, it earned the No. 13 spot, sixth in the U.S., behind only massive agencies like Edelman and WE.
