To increase awareness and traffic to the venue website, public relations agency Bospar partnered with Boyd Farm to execute a paid social media strategy.
Challenge
Streamlining the client funnel as an event venue requires a long lead time and consistency, as couples, families and organizations need time and budget to plan. Due to staff limitations and friction, Boyd Farm needed a dedicated partner equipped to handle Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) event venue advertising to help reach potential clients. We achieved this by creating a Meta ad campaign that could initiate top-of-funnel interest for future bookings.
Ultimately, the goal of this paid social media campaign was to increase visibility for Boyd Farm as a choice venue in the Dallas Metroplex and direct traffic to the venue website.

This campaign specifically focused on the Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington region, one of the highest-volume wedding and event markets in the U.S. With an estimated 43,000+ weddings annually, the strategy was crafted to lift visibility among North Texas audiences and couples planning events in the local area.
Once winning formats were established, Bospar doubled down on ad spend to ensure budget and performance efficiency.

Campaign Results
Reaching 744,730 potential guests and driving more than 10,000 clicks to the Boyd Farm website through this Meta ad campaign ensured more top-of-funnel leads would trickle in to book events through 2025 and into 2026.
