New York – Dec. 3, 2024 – Bospar, the “politely pushy” PR and marketing firm that puts health and tech companies on the map, has named Sarah Dray as Content Director for Healthcare. In this role, Dray oversees content for client accounts in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and life sciences space, with a special focus on pharmaceuticals that treat addiction, serious mental illness and alcohol use disorder.
“Sarah’s experience in neuroscience and public health, combined with her commitment to health literacy, will be a tremendous asset to our healthcare clients,” said Curtis Sparrer, Bospar co-founder and principal. “Sarah is dedicated to tackling some of the most critical challenges in public health and medicine, and we’re excited to have her on board to further strengthen Bospar’s expertise and leadership in healthcare and life sciences communications.”
Dray brings a wealth of healthcare, neuroscience and public health experience to Bospar. She has held positions at NYU Langone Health, serving as a clinical research coordinator in the vaccine center and as a research associate in the Neuroscience Institute where she focused on infectious diseases.
In her new role, Dray will work closely with PR and marketing teams to develop impactful messaging and contributed content that resonate with diverse audiences, including leading journalists and editors, healthcare professionals, patients, families and the public. Her work will enhance public understanding of critical health topics, rebuild trust in scientific institutions and support clients in delivering life-changing treatments.
“Scientific institutions lost a critical PR battle during COVID-19, resulting in widespread distrust of science. Compelling public relations campaigns, including quality content, can empower healthcare companies to build trust, share their impactful stories and enhance health literacy to improve well-being,” said Dray. “I’m passionate about being part of the solution to make science real and help Bospar clients bridge the gap between innovation and understanding.”
