LendingHome, a lending platform for Real Estate Investors, wanted to do a full rebrand to Kiavi, a data-first lending company, focusing on providing their customers real-time data on real estate investments. ​


PR worked closely with the marketing department on a two-part strategy, first announcing the company’s “intent to rebrand” in September 2021 with a press release and targeted outreach, followed by a full rebrand PR effort in November 2021. The PR team pitched the CMO to martech outlets to talk about the rebrand strategy and pitched the CEO to mainstream media and tech outlets to discuss the reason for the company’s re-positioning.​


Bospar secured 15 placements for the rebrand announcements, including a feature in Transform Magazine and placements in Benzinga, Yahoo, National Mortgage News, Crowdfund Insider, REALTOR Magazine and Inman.
