Bospar Helps AI Startup in Crowded Category to Secure Quality Media Coverage
Enterprise adoption of AI is exploding, and CrewAI wanted to get its message out to the market explaining how it can accelerate results by unblocking the enterprise agent backlog and giving business teams and engineers a unified build and runtime platform that is centrally governed.
But agentic AI frameworks are one of the hottest categories in tech, so the company was looking for a public relations agency to elevate why it is unique and attract media coverage.
The AI company ultimately chose Bospar as its PR partner to break through was top coverage.
Challenge
Many AI frameworks and tools help customers get a prototype, which has triggered the race to the bottom for lowering friction to build agents. This client wanted strategic PR to get the word out to reporters and editors and, in turn, enterprise business teams and engineers, on why it’s different: It provides the enterprise infrastructure for reliability, trust, governance and scale.
The company wanted to emphasize that it is not just another AI framework. It enterprise platform makes agentic systems production-ready, which, in turn, professionalizes AI agents.
Strategy
Bospar’s public relations, content creation and social media professionals got to work, assessing and addressing how best to employ the client’s upcoming news and event appearances, unique thought leadership on trending news and existing assets to appeal to relevant journalists.
Rather than waiting for the first announcements to be ready, the PR team sprang into action, looking for opportunities for the client’s leaders to speak to media on key topics of interest.
At the same time, the team worked with the client to build out compelling messaging, press releases and other media assets to make a splash with its partnership and product news.
Bospar also collaborated with the client on a survey and used the resulting proprietary research in media pitches to give reporters the data that they needed to make their stories click-worthy.
The team’s compelling content, persistent pitching, targeted outreach and reporter relationships led to coverage in AI, business, cybersecurity, IT tech, investment and marketing outlets, including:
- Channel Insider, Jordon Smith reporting
- E-Commerce Times, Jack M. Germain reporting
- MarTech, Constantine von Hoffman reporting
- The New Stack, Bill Doerrfeld reporting
